Sea view villa on two independent floors, located in San Foca, 50 meters from the beach.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one double plus a bed with a pull-out bed, another double and single bed; a large and bright living room with sea view, double sofa bed and a complete kitchen; a bathroom with tub / shower.
The whole is surrounded by a balcony for breakfast with sea view.
The ground floor consists of a bedroom with double bed plus single bed / cot, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a large porch for outdoor lunches and dinners, overlooking a beautiful garden enjoyable for the view and tranquility , with 2 parking spaces.
The strengths of the house have sea views, beautiful garden livable, can accommodate two / three families in independent housing, two private parking spaces.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room, TV with satellite dish signal, washing machine, ironing board, iron, hairdryer (linen on request).

La villa était dans un état impeccable, d'une propreté très soigné et équipée avec climatisation, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, machine Nespresso, plaques induction et tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine y-inclus des produits du terroir.
l'emplacement à 50m. de la mer et à 300m. du centre ville et du port de San Foca est parfait pour bronzer sur les plages, nager et faire du snorkeling.
San Foca a des très bons restos et à quelques kilomètre on peut joindre les autres belles plages des Pouilles et visiter les jolies villes de Lecce et Gallipoli entre autres.
Un séjour inoubliable, merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueuil.

Des propriétaires extrêmement gentils, aux petits soins pour nous ...avec en prime un panier garni à notre arrivée et un très beau gâteau offert au cours de notre séjour....vraiment très appréciable...maison propre, très agréable à 9 personnes. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir la région qui est superbe. Plage à côté ainsi que petits commerces. Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement.

Cette grande maison est située à proximité des plus belles plages des Pouilles. Nous avons apprécié le beau jardin, le BBQ extérieur et le grand patio où nous avons dégusté la plupart de nos repas. Les hôtes ont été très attentionnés et nous ont même aidé à récupérer un de nos bagages égaré.
