The owners were very attentive to our requests for certain dietary needs during our stay. Sofia was very friendly and prepared us an impromptu dinner the evening we arrived, although dinner service wasn't listed as an amenity. This was very welcome as we had had a long journey. Sofia and her brother were very attentive to us the entire time we were there and allowed us to see and interact with the goats they breed at their farm. The place is very rural and a few km from the nearest village, therefore there is minimal light pollution, making it an ideal place for stargazing, which is one of my interests. Sofia is also a trained shiatsu practitioner and offered us a free massage.
The location is somewhat isolated and some distance from the nearest big town, but this was exactly the experience I was looking for so suited me perfectly!
The wifi suffers from considerable latency and access point signal coverage around the property is patchy. I suggested more up to date internet access solutions to improve this and even offered free advice, but this wasn't well received. However as I was there to relax and not to surf the net, this wasn't a major issue for me.
