This is a priceless piece of paradise. The location is remote and private. Everything in the accommodation is functional (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen, bathroom, air con, outside BBQ, outside shower). You jump off your own private mini-pier into a forgotten little bay with transparent turquoise water. 99.9% of the time we had the bay entirely to ourselves, and when not then we only shared it with one or two people. Once in a while, a jealous boat comes along and moors in the bay for an hour. There are maybe four other little houses around the bay, all of them locals of a certain age, all of them quiet, none swim. In short, surreal.
If it was wasn’t for the price of the accommodation, that is where the review would end. But the price! For 500 eur a night, in Western Europe I would have expected: accommodation that isn’t just functional and a little DIY in feel, but is of a high standard / goes an extra mile; two bedrooms that are actual bedrooms rather than one being in effect a walk-through landing; an owner who is not just welcoming (which he really is - he guided us all the way from the ferry), but also has the initiative to clear the little bit of flotsam washed up on the beach (which by the way is not a big deal at all and didn’t bother us - just a bit puzzling given the price point); a property that recycles its rubbish etc.

Secluded house in a beautiful bay. Very nicely renovated and fully equipped house. Lovely terrace right next to very clean and blue water. The host Hrvatko is great!
A bit remote so you need a car.
