The property was very clean and perfectly located near the beach. There was plenty of room for 6 people. It was easy to work out how to use equipment (instruction books etc). I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I would have been happy to pay a little more to have things available in the flat when we arrived eg washing up liquid / milk / a couple of coffee pods for the machine. When it is your main holiday of the year, these little things make it a bit more welcoming. Or maybe leave these things out the first time and then ask guests to replace them for the next visitors?

Great location, beach, shops, restaurants in walking distance, parking available on the street, very good communication (very quick and helpful answers), clean, very good kitchen equipment, easy check in
Quite cold and complicated procedure to heat the appartment, no dishwashing liquid or tabs, drain valve in the bathroom sink is somehow very tightly installed or blocked so that we got stuck multiple times with water that wouldn't flow down the sink...
