Cucina eccezionale staff cortese camere pulite.La sua posizione veramente comoda per andare al mare solo a dieci passi dalla spiaggia .

Ho soggiornato a pensione completa e credevo di avere almeno ad una bottiglia di acqua al giorno come era accaduto in tutti gli alberghi che ho soggiornato invece attenzione per gli utenti che prenotano per la prima volta,solo i pasti sono inclusi ma sia in camera che a tavola non è inclusa nemmeno una bottiglia d acqua .Ho provato a reclamare ma senza nessun risultato

The staff was kind although not all provided the same info, but were kind and informative when questions asked, mostly those at the office/front desk/bar attendant. Those in charge of the dining room area were less polite and respectful. We did bring one complaint once against the head of the serving staff and it was addressed ASAP. We were pleased about that. The terrace was great with lots of places to seat and enjoy the sun, a drink, relax, socialize, and admire the view. The lido was nice and walking along lungomare and the possibility of getting bikes was great, although we did not use them. The AC was working great in the room, and we liked being on the top floor and having an elevator. We loved the location and being able to park our rental on site. The lady that checked us in and out was so very kind. I would recommend the hotel to my friends just for its location and nice staff.

The unkind head of the dining area (not sure why he took a dislike to us, but put him in his place and reported his lack of attention). The room was truly small but it may have been the last one available when we reserved it (it was a last minute decision for a mix-up with our other reservation). Having to pay rent fees for umbrella and chairs for the facility lido was unfair (it should be included). We chose only to enjoy breakfast that was part of the B&B although the bread was hard and not fresh (just heated up), it would crumble easily and same can be said for the croissant. The cakes were too dry and never moist. I ended up not getting anything anymore but coffee mostly. The cold cuts my husband enjoyed were good. Overall, breakfast lacked variety and freshness in general. Cannot comment on lunch & dinner. We ate out of the hotel to enjoy and explore the local and nearby restaurants. Leaving the key at the front desk provided less privacy and security (it's old-fashion). Lastly, some guests failed to respect quiet hours and literally slammed the heavy doors indifferent to other guests sleeping.

Ottima posizione

Al check-in mi hanno dato ,senza che io chiedessi , il numero del mio ombrellone , tutto sembrava come normale ma poi hanno presentato il conto extra . Un comportamento da furbi poco corretto
