My place Čiovo holiday house

It is a lovely property, very secluded with plenty of privacy. Beautiful, large and warm pool, lots of nice beaches within 10 min drive. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, There were even dishwasher tablets and even washing powder which was really lovely. It is a very clean house with plenty of entertaining space. We would definitely come back.

the pull out sofa in one of the rooms which is there instead of the bed. Very uncomfortable, makes noise every time you move. No aircon in the bedroom downstairs and not working aircon in the middle bedroom. When we arrived the house was like a sauna and we found it very difficult to sleep. Over the next couple of days the house got cooler so it was better.

This is the second visit to the object, I highly recommend it 👍

There is a large, beautiful swimming pool and entertainment area, which we really enjoyed. The apartments are all very modern and well appointed. Lovely gowns available for guests to use. Each apartment has a mobile Wifi router that worked well and was very useful! Very nice, modern, spacious apartments. We didn't meet the owners but they seemed friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

The apartments are about 5km outside of Trogir (even though location says Trogir), and there is no public transport so we had to rent a car. The apartments were also difficult to find and our taxi driver drove around for 30 minutes before we finally found the apartments. We also tried to call a taxi once but he couldn't find the place. The address needs to be corrected and maybe put a pin on the web site. Only cash accepted (no credit card payments) which I didn't like. Also important to provide a coffee machine (or at least a French press / plunger). A nice touch would be to have basic condiments like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc. as guests travelling internationally can't bring things like that with and wasteful to buy for just a few days.

Der rege Flugverkehr von Split Airport war nicht so schön. Das Parken am Haus ist abendtäuerlich, da die Auffahrt sehr steil Bergab und Bergauf geht. Wir haben deswegen nachher lieber oben an der Straße geparkt. Es gab nur ein Schlüssel für zwei Familien. Eine Klimaanlage in der mittleren Wohnung im Schlafzimmer war defekt, daher mussten wir die im Wohnzimmer mehr nutzen... ging auch. In der unteren Wohnung war eine Wand sehr feucht durch einen vorherigen Wasserschaden. Wollte der Besitzer jetzt in Ordnung bringen. In der unteren Küche gab es ein Ameisenproblem, sodass wir viele Lebensmittel komplett entsorgen mussten. Deshalb die Lebensmittel lieber gut verschließen. Auch sprang in der unteren Wohnung des öfteren die Sicherung komplett raus, warum wissen wir auch nicht. Die Terrassentüren kann man von außen nicht komplett schließen.
