    Price very reasonable. Location good. Nearby have many eating places and cafe. Security wise maybe better to hv it 24 hours. Otherwise should install access card system to prevent unauthorized access.

    The hotel and staff made our visit to Chiang Mai very enjoyable. Only a short walk to the old city made it a convenient starting point each for walking or excursion tours.

    The location is excellent. We walked to the edge of old town. Walked to the night bazzar. Walked to the small fruit market. And walked to clothing and snacks market. The place looks cool, with a "traditional" Thai vibe. The room was big enough and the shower was great. Having only curtains at the doors isn't ideal. I recommend bringing some pegs to clip the curtains shut. The staff are excellent. The pool was quite cold, but manageable once we got it.

    We paid around £*** for 4 nights, believe this was peak price due to high season. Staff on the whole were good, particularly on the last day when they flagged a taxi down for us to get to the airport after we were having difficulty! My partner proposed whilst we were staying at this hotel, don’t expect anything for special occasions. The room was fine in the sense it did the job, but it wasn’t the cleanest eg floors were dirty. Didn’t use the pool as it looked dirty but it’s got potential. I have arthritis and the bathroom was not good for people with mobility problems either as the shower is inaccessible, it’s sunken in the ground with no steps just one drop. The bed is rock solid too which wasn’t comfortable but again did the job. The hotel was peaceful however the staff made unnecessary noise early hours in the morning which woke us up and there was also a light coming in from behind us but we could not see what this was as the windows are frosted out. Overall it was fine for our stay, we were barely in the hotel, location is good as it is on the outskirts of the old city and also good for night market.
