Villa Arindra by Bukit Vista

Jede Partei hatte seinen Platz, also auch einen eigenen Außenbereich. Sehr großes Zimmer, sogar mit Badewanne. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort!

Das WLAN ist tagelang ausgefallen - was schwierig war, wenn man Arbeiten muss. Kann aber passieren. Allerdings war die Kommunikation sehr ungenügend, Informationen mussten wir immer selber einholen, auf uns wurde nicht zugekommen. Zum Arbeiten sind wir dann einmal in das Café des Besitzers gegangen, haben allerdings dort Getränke etc. ganz normal bezahlt. Auch weitere Café-Aufenthalte mussten wir wegen der anhaltenden WLAN-Probleme hinnehmen. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde uns dann ein Ausgleich versprochen, was sehr nett war. Wir sind allerdings zwei Wochen später immer noch am Warten, ob das der ausgemachte Betrag an uns überwiesen wird. Das soll allerdings die Unterkunft nicht schmälern - diese war wirklich sehr schön. An der Kommunikation könnte gearbeitet werden.

Hat den Charakter eines AirBnB. Super geräumig, sehr sauber, das sauberste Bad was ich in Indonesien gefunden habe. Man hat eine eigene Küche und sehr gute Ausstattung. Perfekt für Work and Travel. Auf Wunsch kann das Zimmer auch sauber gemacht werden.

Direkt vor dem Haus war eine viel befahrene Straße. Nachts stört diese nicht. Tagsüber ist diese aber nicht zu überhören. Die Zufahrt der Straßen lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Aber alles machbar.

The room is very spacious, views to the swimming pool from the bed, the external kitchen is a plus and the whole accomodation is a dream. Well-decorated in a Balinean style, it makes you feel deeply connected to the local vibes. Quite comfortable and quality-price very affordable.

Size of room was great, and personal access to kitchen space. Good WiFi speed and working space. Streaming smart TV. Not sharing a wall with fellow guests.

Cleanliness of bathroom (mold on toilet), gross smell when running the shower. Not sure if it’s the cleanliness of the tiles on the floor, because the water in the tub and sink didn’t have a smell. Housekeeping came to clean, but only mopped the floor in the main sleeping area and changed the towels. She didn’t clean the bathroom, take out the trash or change the sheets. Saw bugs the day I checked in, and throughout my stay. (Centipede lives in the shower drain, maybe it’s his home that’s giving off the smell.) The tea kettle and water cooler was filthy. Please clean EVERYTHING every time someone comes, and you can avoid dirt collecting in common areas of the villa, and its items, especially the items that are outside.
