電視無法使用，打電話尋求幫助客服態度很好但無法解決問題也沒有要前來處理的意思只好放棄住宿3樓房間，雖然有電梯但速度非常慢，樓梯放了牌子禁止進入，所以只能等待電梯燈有5顆燈泡但只有3顆會亮，沒電視想滑手機光線也不足只能洗洗睡洗澡熱水會忽冷忽熱，可能是其他房間也在使用當天是寒流非常冷，4人房僅提供2件單薄的被子不夠保暖，想開暖氣發現冷氣是單冷沒有暖氣功能
