About this cottage rental
La Casa de Los Pedros is a new space for rural tourism, located in the village of Villar (Hermandad de Campoo de Suso, Cantabria).
Its main element is a traditional house completely renovated, with typical kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 bathrooms, 8 bedrooms and an attic of 200 square meters completely transparent. It also has two private parking spaces and a plot of 2000 square meters fully independent. It is equipped to accommodate 20 people, with ample space for enjoyment and relaxation, both indoors and outdoors.
The Casona name refers to its former owners, the Marco Gonzalez family, who used it as a summer resort for over 30 years.
The village of Villar, located at the top of Campoo of Suso (La Joyanca), has a privileged microclimate in the valley sheltered under the immense bulk of Pico Liguardi. It is well connected with Reinosa (12 km) and the winter resort of Alto Campo (13 km).
The house consists of a typical village kitchen full equipped, a pantry, a living room with fireplace and television, a dining room with fireplace and a table for 20 people and two bathrooms on the first floor.
On the second floor we have two other bathrooms with hairdryers, 4 double rooms, 4 triple rooms, all very sunny and exterior window.
And on the top floor we have an open aguardillado recreational area with table tennis, computer, television, games and tables.
The whole house has wifi.
Outside it has two private parking spaces and an estate of 2000 square meters which includes a soccer field and a basketball court.
We have barbecue.

We love cycling and have done some amazing tours, starting from the house. The house itself was spacious and very suitable to us, two families. Antonio, the owner, was very approachable and helpful.

Maravillosa estancia, con un grupo de amigos y niños, todos encantados de estar unos días en esta casa, acogedora, cómoda, con grandes exteriores, limpia, amplia... no se puede poner un "pero", totalmente recomendable. Antonio eres fantástico, no se puede tratar mejor a la gente!!!
