Tres bonne emplacement et personnel très agréable et le petit déjeuner étais parfais. Tres propre dans l'ensemble.

C'est marqué parking mais il y en as pas j'ai due payer un parking payant un peux plus loin de l'hôtel. La nuit on entend les bruit des voisins quand il rentre dans leur chambre. Et les meuble sont assez vieux mais qui peux faire son charme pour certains.

Le logement est situé en plein milieu de Alaçatii tout est facilement accessible

The breakfast was really good, and the location is very close to the heart of Alaçatı, so once you find the place, it’s very convenient for walking around.

The parking situation was honestly very frustrating. Before we arrived, the owner told us there were plenty of suitable parking spots near the hotel, but that was not the case at all. We ended up driving around very narrow streets for almost an hour trying to find somewhere to park, and eventually had to pay for parking. I really wish they had just told us in advance where it was better to park instead of saying parking would be easy. The hotel was also very difficult to find because the location did not show up properly on Google Maps, which made arriving even more stressful. We also did not find the owners particularly friendly or helpful. The biggest issue was when we asked for a second blanket. We had only one blanket and simply asked for another one, but instead of providing it, they told us to turn off the AC. I explained that I personally cannot sleep without a blanket, but they still refused to give us another one. At one point, they even took the blanket we already had, which I really did not understand. I have never stayed somewhere that would not provide an extra blanket when a guest asks for one.

Hotel tem uma localização agradável e fica próximo ao centrinho. A proprietária e sua filha são simpáticas e prestativas dentro do possível. Porém, alguns pontos prejudicaram bastante nossa estadia. O café da manhã foi muito simples e insuficiente para duas pessoas, com pouquíssimas opções de frutas e sem suco. Também sentimos falta de água gelada disponível. Outro grande problema foi o acesso: para pegar um táxi é necessário subir uma ladeira considerável e, viajando com malas grandes e pesadas, isso foi extremamente difícil. Não há funcionários disponíveis para ajudar com as malas. No dia do nosso check-out, às 8h20, não havia ninguém preparando ou servindo o café da manhã, e sequer conseguimos tomar um copo de água antes de sair. Considerando que nossa saída foi nesse horário, esperávamos que o café já estivesse disponível. A experiência poderia ser muito melhor com mais estrutura, funcionários e atenção aos hóspedes que precisam sair cedo.
