Clean, elegant, the property appears to be new, well-maintained, everything is of very high quality, and the interior is well-designed. Space is well-utilized. Close to a bus stop and a supermarket. Comfortable mattresses, daily cleaning, and a quiet neighborhood. Instant communication with the owner, and luggage storage available before check-in. Excellent location, with attractions within walking distance. We are a family with three children. Apartment 101 was comfortable for us; the children enjoyed the large terrace. The apartment is on the ground floor. It includes an iron, clothes dryer, toaster, and kettle, and an elegant bathroom. Excellent value for money.
