Modern apartment in a beautiful urbanization in Paradise, called the Palacetes. The complex has two swimming pools and an outdoor jacuzzi, excellent location just 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and Marbella surrounded by golf courses.
A few minutes drive from Puerto Banus, Marbella, Benahavis and its fabulous beach, surrounded in turn of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol (Flamingos Golf Club, El Paraiso Golf, El Higueral Golf Club, Marbella Club Golf ...) can enjoy days of rest and relaxation in our apartment, located in the luxurious mansions in Paradise high has two fabulous pools, outdoor jacuzzi, gardens, solarium, terraces, free WIFI, parking private (no extra charge) and 24h security service. I have stayed in many apartments, but this one is simply the best. The complex is well maintained and very nice, but what the owners have produced makes it stand out from the rest.
We stayed for 10 night over Xmas. Normally apartments are clean and functional at best, but this was a home away from home. The owners even decorated the apartment with a Christmas tree!
They literally provided everything. They even provided milk, sugar, tea and coffee to get us started. Little things like washing up liquid, clothes, sponges, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, sewing kit, deck chairs, sweets, shampoo, body wash and conditioner were all there.
The apartment was beautifully decorated too with a modern kitchen and appliances.
Simply the best and we would definitely stay there again.

We hebben vaak appartementen gehuurd, dus weten wel een beetje wat de standaard ,maar dit appartement is onvergelijkbaar met welk appartement dan ook. Je ziet dat het is ingericht door iemand die er veel kijk op heeft en het ook erg leuk vindt om te doen. Eigenlijk is het meer ingericht als 'eigen' huis dan als verhuur appartement. Zo veel charme en gezelligheid en dat tot in de kleinste details. Het interieur kan zo in een woon magazine. Ook op het terras een leuke loungeset met kussens. Daarnaast functioneerde alles perfect, leek het compleet nieuw en was het uitzonderlijk schoon. Ook was er vaatwasmiddel, waspoeder, koffie, suiker, water etc aanwezig. De communicatie vooraf vond plaats eerst via mail en daarna per whatsapp. Ruim van te voren hadden we een globale tijd afgesproken, maar twee dagen van te voren werd het meer in detail en konden we aankomen (en vertrekken) wanneer het ons uitkwam. Op de afgesproken tijd en plaats stond de eigenaar (die prima Engels spreekt) al klaar met de sleutels. We kregen een korte uitleg over hoe alles werkte en na betaling konden we gaan genieten. Het appartement is groot genoeg voor 2 volwassenen en 2 jonge(re) kinderen. Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en zoon van 16 jaar. Onze zoon vond de slaapbank in de woonkamer prima slapen. Ook prettig dat gedurende het verblijf je altijd een beroep op de eigenaren kon doen, wat voor ons niet nodig was, maar kan nog wel eens handig zijn. Het gemeenschappelijke zwembad met ligbedden en parasols is heerlijk en goed onderhouden. Je hebt wel een (huur)auto nodig want niets (inclusief te supermarkt) is op loopafstand. Kortom dit appartement is echt een aanrader.

Estancia perfecta, muy tranquila. Muy bien comunicado y muy cerca de Puerto Banus. Decoración y calidad muy altas, cuidando hasta el mas mínimo detalle.
Muchísimas gracias Lola, 100% recomendable y esperamos volver muy pronto.
