"The location and the facilities and the owner are so supportive. If there is shampoo available and if the TV can be relocated near by the bed."

The location and the facilities and the owner are so supportive.
Not much, but suggestions If there is shampoo available and if the TV can be relocated near by the bed.

Location was really good, easy checkin process.
Air conditioning was not working (reported during the stay), did not blow any cool air - luckily at the time there were no extreme heat. Shower in the bathtub was really really small, one can easily hit head in the ceiling or side wall. Door handle in the apartment door was very loose, I was worried it might fell off...

The apartment was located in Zagreb City Centre and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and many sights. You could pick up the ZET right outside the apartment if needed.
The A/C unit was not working properly and the temps were near 30c. I borrowed an electric fan from a local friend to make the evenings bearable. The loft was not easy to access. The stairs are a challenge and the ceiling in the loft low.

Issues with key arrangement (stuck in box and hard to open). Luckily i could contact owner to overcome this issue with guidance.
