Personál hotelu a restaurace byl příjemný, čistota hotelu na velmi slušné úrovni a výběr jídla jak na snídani tak i na večeři byl pestrý.
V nočních hodinách hluk projíždějících vlaků a noční hlučný provoz z továren v blízkosti hotelu.

bei Abreiße 10:30 kann man auch nur bis 10:30 Baden. bei fast allen andere Thermen 10:30 Abreiße bis 12:00 Baden und Nachmittag um halben Preiß.

Pouze počasím byl resort příjemný.
Byli jsme podruhé a naposledy. Bohužel nedá se srovnat s jinými resorty, zejména řetězcem Hunguest. Jinak velmi nepříjemný zápach močůvky z nedalekého zemědělského podniku, což bylo značně obtěžující. Na fotce také mrtvý brouček, který s námi také sdílel pobyt.
