Struttura moderna e accogliente, personale discreto ma disponibile, servizi ristorazione (colazione, cena) buoni.
Mi sarei aspettata qualche “servizio” in camera in più (es. bollitore con te/caffe/tisane in camera, frigobar, ciabattine) e anche un po’ più di scelta al buffet della colazione. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo, nel complesso, poco giustificato.

Hotel ristrutturato da poco molto carino e accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La colazione buona con dolci fatti in casa.
Il dolce a pagamento nella mezza pensione non lo trovo carino.

- Clean rooms
- Modern style bedrooms, although it is worth noting that, at least in our room, the bathroom did not come up as a single room: shower and toilette were separated in two different areas with the sink in the bedroom; basically a "stylish" choice that we liked but not everyone may like so I suggest to make it more clear from website picts!
We reserved our room via booking.com after having carefully read the child policy that clearly stated that kids aged 14 years and above are considered adults at this property and cots are available on request and subject to availability at the price of additional 25 euros per night. As our child is 2 years old and sleeps with us, we did not opt for this. The day before our arrival I called the property to kindly if it could be possible to have a refund or change dates as our daughter has not feeling well but the owner of the property did not even give me the time to explain the situation and got upset that we had not booked the extra cot and told me that the refund was not possible and if we were to stay, we needed to pay extra money (40 euros per night!) even if our daughter would sleep with us and have her own breakfast from home. I did call booking.com customers centre and in the end, managed to get a “discount” of 58 euros if I would pay at the property (still 4 euros more compared to having booked the useless coat online in the first instance) but no option not to have the coat as “kids are messy and hence they have to pay full stop”.
Honestly, we arrived at the property already upset and when arrived no one apologized for everything that had happened the day before; for 3 days we minimized any kind of interaction with the staff to avoid getting even more upset!
Additional cons:
- No lift and the property has quite a few stairs!
- The playground for kids is basically one toy from the 70-80!
- Noisy fan in the toilette
Overall, not a good value for the price and if when booking I knew I was forced to pay the money for a cot I did not want, I would definitely not have chosen this property: just a shame as I could see the owners are putting a lot of effort in running the business but then missing the basic rules of hospitality!
