The location is good and so are the staffs.

Cleanliness can be improved tremendously. The breakfast buffet area needs to be covered. There are often fruit flies on the food which makes it uncomfortable to eat. One of the glass was not properly washed.

There was no cleanness, room facilities was not so good, even if we asked for clean towels, they refused, as we were going to check out that day.

The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Cheap - which always helps.

1 - the food was overpriced and not very good. Ordered a roast chicken sandwich and i’ve never seen chicken look like that, (see photos) Better off ordering from restaurants on grab or gojek. 2- it doesnt look like any of the photos, its very outdated and was in desperate need of a revamp or paint job. Also no free shuttle to the beach club they advertise ^ and you have to pay for a bed anyways? 3 - its literally on a busy road so walking about isnt ideal but if you are brave enough to dodge the traffic there are some restos about 15min walk but you will be getting scooters/taxis all over. 4 - cleanliness. The room at first glance was clean. BUT once you settle in and start looking looking, the main wall behind the bed was filthy.. not sure if i was mould or just dirt? But like haway it was clearly visible, and dust in places that the arms hadnt been fully extended to reach (but wasnt a great feat to reach) just lazy behaviour. 5- the gym was something that drew us in initially when booking, however the equipment is basic but has everything you need. Dumbbells only go up to 20kg and no barbells. The FLOOR oh my days, was never cleaned the entire time we stayed (2weeks) it was so dirty and dusty. Mop in the morning & mop on the evening would have been sound. It probably will still have the same dust/dirt/hair/skin in a years time. 6- its a quiet hotel, as in not even any staff about. You’ll get your own towel and be left wondering were everyone is - which isnt a bad thing- peaceful but its not a 4* hotel. Maybe in its hay day but certainly not now. Cheap enough though but for the location i wouldn’t stay again. I only booked it as the location on apple maps it had the hotel pinned somewhere else closer to a bit more restos/life.

The bedroom was confortable, the restaurant was great and the gym was ok.

The location, It is far away from the best parts of Bali like Seminyak and Canggu. Also it’s announced on the website of the hotel that they provide bus to the beach park and during my stay in June.25, the bus was not available.

The stuff inside the property absolutely exceptional couldn’t do anything more for you

considering we upgraded to deluxe room, they put us on the front of the property where the main road was without the glazing. The noise of the traffic in the nighttime was horrific. Trying to sleep in the night was not impossible. This is a terrible thing of what they’re doing.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful 2 rooftop pools with nice view, good gym included, clean and comfy and spacious rooms and very kind and helpful staff everywhere, especially Bella at the reception. We extended our stay 5 times and stayed total 1 month - that's how much we liked it. Great value for the money. Very happy.

Gym and pool was convenient. The room is spacious.

The sheets and towels were worn out and stained. The location is not idea for tourists!

Pool

The superior room is streetside and we could hear the all-night traffic (!) so loudly in the room as if there were no windows at all! Despite our long flight we could not sleep so we asked at 3 AM to change to a room on the other side of the building that was quiet. It was a lower price class and smaller and the hotel gave us a dinner for 2 after we asked some compensation (since we used booking, a discount was out of the question), which was a cheap cop-out as we had shared in advance that on our last night we had a dinner already with a tour they recommended (!) and that we already paid for dinners at the hotel the 2 nights before… when we asked for some cocktails or a bottle of wine instead they offered juices or mocktails instead (after returning from a big beach dinner after 9PM, how tasty…). Very disappointing experience, the staff remained friendly but our issue was not solved, basically we lost one night of sleep (impacting our tour the day after) and paid a higher price for a lower room category. Don’t go there if you want to sleep in that room category (that just being by the core raison-d’etre of a hotel, no?)

We didnt feel like welcoming. we felt like they are ignoring. most of the staff couldnt speak english. I ahve called them and requested 2 times to help us for carrying laguage downstair. noone came. After shower we couldnt find any towel or nepkins. they took all the towels after room service and forgot to put new. first day locker was not working so they came and checked and after taking a lot of time decided to replace it with new . We were like nothing is perfect here

Nothing actually, I wish I knew this hotel earlier, we just stayed for a night before our flight.

Room and the air conditioning was great. I was happy with my room, a nice size, good view & extremely quiet. Others have told me the front section of the hotel does have some noise. Facility was not too large. The staff were very helpful especially with help with transport or needing a phone call in Indonesian to be made or explanations needed. Location is good, easy for transport to find, just off the main tourist areas. Most of the guests were Indonesian on holidays which added to the atmosphere of being overseas. Food service was good. Tea & coffee making is possible, with a small fridge. I made my own breakfasts in the room & only had their paid breakfast twice. There is a nice coffee shop next door, though it doesn't open till 11a.m. & also local minimarkets & resturants, though the ones at the hotel are okay. Cocktail hour is good. It is good for Gojet transport & also you can order food via Gojet, many of their Indonesian guests do.

There was a nice area on the roof, but almost no shade. The swimming pools were in the full sun most of the time. Also music played in some of outdoor & restaurant areas continually.

Only good side is that is close to the aiport

The floor was dirty, if you walk without shows you get your feet and socks very dirty, bathroom had many dirty spots and dusty. The included breakfast is bad, not mamy options for it and the worst part is that the both of us felt sick after eating it. The fruits were old and tasted very bad also. Keeping in mind the fact that the place wasn’t very clean as it should be, when we checked out they charged us an extra fee ti clean the sheets. The hotel is placed nead a prayer space right behind it, and it gets very loud

The breakfast & room service were excellent - good variety. The infinity pools were lovely - many happy hours spent between the gym & pools. Close to the Airport with good facilties

Would have preferred to be closer to the beach. The Beach Club was very expensive & our water was confiscated on arrival

Access to infinity beach club pool was by 500 000IDR deposit (you could buy food and drinks of 350 000IDR with it). We didn't know before arriving at the infinity beach club that the access to the pool is extra charge. I recommend using the hotel pool for free instead of ~2h roundtrip to the infinity beach club and the extra fee.

The rooms were good and comfortable.

the hotel and services were bad! There is no enough staff to help the guests. Restaurants/ bar at the pool were open but no one to serve us. Food was also not good.

The location near airport

The room has no sunlight, when we open the curtain other room can see us and vice versa, the bed was hard, the floor of the bathroom were yellow, it’s different with the photos on the booking.com, the room servise were soooo longggg, so dissapointed

Insufficient and lack of Toiletries, poor breakfast Quality, Vegetarian food missing.
