Dar Tanger Medina

My stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and I genuinely believe the staff are the heart and soul of this place. I have never experienced such a level of hospitality in my life. The two gentlemen, in particular, were beyond incredible — they didn’t just do their jobs, they redefined what true service means. It felt as if they could anticipate my needs before I even realized them myself. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail were simply unmatched. Every interaction felt genuine, effortless, and filled with care. They treated me not just as a guest, but as someone truly important. Honestly, they deserve recognition at the highest level — they turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. If excellence had a face, it would be theirs. I would return again and again just because of them. Absolutely phenomenal!

Breakfast was good, with a nice scenic view. Building in old medina and decor matched the area, there are lots of stairs but typical of the area.

Bed not that comfortable.

A wonderful in the heart of Tanger’s Medina. Imed and Aboubakr were wonderful hosts and exceptionally helpful, especially when booking taxis to the bus station and train station to facilitate my trips around Tanger and onwards to Rabat. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious and very pleasant, Breakfast is very good, but the star of the show is the rooftop terrace which offers magnificent daytime and nocturnal views over the medina and the port. Very highly recommended.

The location was perfect.

The best were very uncomfortable and it was very noisy.
