El Hotel De La Villa

It looked to be one of very few hotels actually open on the day we needed so we're grateful for that. Price was reasonable and bed was comfortable.

We barely interacted with staff - no one at front when we dropped our luggage off or when we took our luggage to the parking area. Fortunately someone arrived at each time and we got a key and could pay our bill. Otherwise we didn't see anyone. Smells coming from air conditioner which suggested it needed a service. Fortunately it wasn't too warm so we could go without. Older bathroom arrangement - hand held shower wand with no wall attachment.

El desayuno de excelente calidad y abundante, la ubicación del hotel y el tamaño de la cama y la comodidad de esta.

El baño, un poco antiguo, la bañera tenía marcas y cortinas...eso me resulta poco higiénico y a la vista queda muy feo.

The rooms are nicely done and so is the hotel. The breakfast is nice IF you show up on time. Otherwise they run out of certain things or only restock slowly. The coffee was one of the best I've had in hotels and so was the orange juice.

The staff doesn't speak ANY English. We've tried to reach out to them multiple times via email and phone. However, it was impossible because they didn't reply or not answer the questions. On the phone they either didn't pick up or just hung up. The chef in the restaurant also got furious on our last day when we dared to show up for breakfast 10 minutes early. Even though the reception said it wouldn't be a problem and we only took what was ready anyways. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. At least in the rooms under the roof. You definitely pay for the location.
