We spent 2 nights at hotel Zur Burg. It´s a very beautiful and green little town. Next to the hotel you can observe a stork nest. The Hotel is nice, the breakfast and we haved a good dinner at the restaurent.

Jederzeit wieder

Das von uns gebuchte Komfort-Zimmer war wirklich sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Am ersten Abend haben wir im Hotel-Restaurant zu Abend gegessen und auch hier hatte das Essen eine außergewöhnliche Qualität. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Weniger eine wirkliche Kritik, als ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Da die Straßenbeleuchtung vor dem Hotel sehr hell ist, hätten wir uns für die Nacht eine bessere Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit gewünscht.

Super Service. Obwohl ich mich kurzfristig über Silvester angekündigt hatte, hat mich extra jmd begrüßt und den Schlüssel für das Zimmer gebracht.

Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants und der Rezeption hätte ich mir auch nachmittags (am Sonntag) gewünscht. Toilettenvergilbung muss dringend entfernt werden!

Das Zimmer war lächerlich klein. Das Beistellbett war nicht zum schlafen geeignet. Eine alte Matratze bei der meine Tochter jede Feder zu spüren bekam. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Gutes Hotel, stets freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, gutes Restaurant, ausreichend großes Zimmer, ruhig zum Hof hin, Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel, zentrale Lage im Ort.

Zustand der Zimmereinrichtung durch Abnutzung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ausreichendes, aber überschaubares Frühstücksangebot. Bei verkehrsgerechtem Verhalten ist der Innenhof-Parkplatz etwas umständlich zu erreichen.

Hotel mit Charme! Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war nett hergerichtet und alles war sauber! Alles in Allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Matratze des Bettes war etwas Rückenunfreundlich. Zumindest für meinen. Aber ich denke, mit sowas kann man es nie jedem recht machen.

Die zentrale Lage am Marktplatz

Es ist halt alles in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Matratzen waren durchgelegen und die Armatur am Waschbecken defekt, ein Fahrstuhl ist nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage, ob ein Checkout später als 10 Uhr möglich sei, reagierte das Personal mäßig freundlich, und nein, es war nicht möglich.

Frühstück war diesmal dürftig,nachdem eine Reisegruppe bereits Sonntag vor 8:30 Uhr fast das gesammte Frühstücksbuffet leerte!Es wurde nicht nachgelegt! 8:35 keine Eier mehr, Butter gibt es auch keine mehr, nur Rapsölbutter,das war bei den vielen Aufenthalten vorher besser! Die Betten in Zimmer 205 krarren sehr stark und der Toilettedeckel hat einen Sprung und ist schon uralt!Das kann endlich mal behoben werden.

Die Lage um etwas zu abzuschalten.Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend, wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Sehr freundliches Personal und Parkmöglichkeiten. Zimmeraufteilung mit 1Kind vollkommen ok.

Leider sind die Betten nicht sehr gemühtlich. Großes Bett viel zu weich,dadurch leider keine gute Nacht. Nach ansprechen, keine Änderung. *Die Aussage das die Reinigung durch ist und morgen wieder kommt, war nicht zufriedenstellend. Da sich in Nacht zwei leider nichts daran geändert hat.

Sehr schönes Hotel in reizvoller Umgebung! Stilvoll, gemütlich, sauber, freundlich - Wohlfühlfaktor+

Ein Opa-Enkel-Urlaub ist immer etwas Besonderes, insofern war das Hotel zur Burg wie für uns gemacht! In dieser idyllischen Kleinstadt darf ein Hotel sogar am Markt stehen und bietet trotzdem Ruhe und Erholung. Dieser positive Effekt wird noch verstärkt durch die sanfte, hügelige Landschaft, die zu ausgiebigen Wanderungen für jede Altersklasse einlädt (hier würden sich auch Hobbits wohlfühlen!). Das Hotel selbst hat alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt; alles ist sauber und ordentlich, die Zimmer sind nicht üppig, aber stilvoll, zweckmäßig und vor allem gemütlich eingerichtet. Dazu herrscht eine freundliche, fast familiäre Atmosphäre. Auch für das leibliche Wohl war hervorragend gesorgt, das Frühstück war nicht nur reichhaltig, selbst individuelle Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt. Der krönende Abschluss jedes Urlaubstages schließlich das Abendessen im "Stargarder": supergute Küche, das Speisenangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Portionen sind ausreichend dosiert und die Preise durchaus erschwinglich und angemessen. Alles in allem Daumen hoch, man kann das Hotel zur Burg gern und guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen - zumindest allen Menschen die man mag! Opa "Fritz" & Enkel Valentin aus Dresden

Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal am Abend, Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig.

Fernseher sehr klein, Sessel sehr alt und der Bezug der Armlehnen war auf beiden Seiten total verschlissen.
