The mattress was a little to hard and uncomfortable for me, and the balcony fairly small.

The staff generally were very very friendly and tried to be accommodating. I was given a room change when the internet didn't work in one room, immediately. The pool is lovely for the size of hotel and there is a great vending machine. Sadly I don't speak Thai (I hadn't intended to travel here or I would have learned a little) but their English left us struggling and we got by on google translate which didn't always give the best translations Spacious outside balcony area As others have said the location is very good for bars (the market restaurants on the railway line are awesome) but in the heat is too far to walk into the downtown

There were some dirty areas around the pool under the sun-beds for example, which carried onto my footwear The TV didn't have any UK channels which surprised me for the price. The two rooms were right outside the pool on the ground floor, so very little privacy and I had not realised there is no security entrance to the complex so in theory people can walk right in (though the area in general is safe)
