Swim Up Zimmer war sensationell, Zimmergrösse ebenfalls gut, Servicepersonal meist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend nach einem Tip;)
Swim Up Room gebucht, am Check in erhielten wir anderes Zimmer da keines Frei- niemand hat uns das an der Rezeption gesagt sondern im Rooming stellten wir es fest- was auch ok war für mich 1 Nacht im anderen Zimmer ohne Swim up- wenigstens eine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht & zu erwarten gewesen- NICHTS!
Rezeption sehr schroff & unfreundlich leider!
Hygiene in den Zimmern war naja ok, Gym jedoch verfallen schmutzig und letzte Monate keinen Technicker für Wartung gesehen.
Coiffeur ABZOCKE! werben mit Preisen- beim bezahlen dann teurer, obwohl Cash!!!

Отличный отель с хорошей едой. Есть, все необходимое для отличного отдыха.
Бесконечная музыка (или лучше сказать долбежка) будет сопровождать Вас все время Вашего проживания. Для семей с детьми где то до 3 лет ужасно неудобно, но может Вам повезет и у них перегорят все колонки, на что я надеялся все время. Пересялять из номера прямо перед бассейном, где в большинстве случаев происходит все самое шумное, нас отказались, (хотя мы были с ребенком до 2 лет) ссылаясь на то, что свободных номеров нет.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie.
Okno od pokoju wychodziło na podwórko gdzie codziennie rano ok:6:00 personel tłukł się jakimiś wózkami (śmieci?).Kolejki przy barach,oraz bardzo słabe drinki.I brak stref dla niepalących.

Les serveurs ne sont pas réactif nourriture répétitives, Petites assiettes à disposition les gens attendent trop les pourboires en échange de Bon service le spa gelé problème de climatisation il faisait très froid cet hôtel vaut 4 étoiles et pour les amateurs de café C est un café machine cheap qu on ne devrait pas servir dans une 5 étoiles normalement grosse déception !
