Freundlicher Empfang, vielfältiges gutes Frühstück, Zimmer perfekt ausgestattet,
Dass es kein Gasthaus mehr ist, aber noch immer so wirkt, als wurde es erst vor Kurzem geschlossen und die Zimmervermietung ist übrig geblieben 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Die Stiegen in den 1. Stock zu den Zimmern ist sehr steil und erfordert echte Konzentration.

die Landschaft
Wir wollten 5 Tagestouren mit dem Rad machen. Dazu suchten wir im Booking.com nach einem Gasthaus wo wir Abendessen und gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen können. Wir fanden den Gasthof Silberner Hirsch. Vielversprechende Fotos im Booking.com überzeugten und so buchten wir 5 Nächte. Gekommen ist es ganz anders.Das Gasthaus war kein Gasthaus mehr, nur mehrere Zimmer mit Frühstück. Also mit dem Auto 3,5 km nach Güssing fahren. Kaum Gastronomie in Güssing, dortiger Aufenthalt im einzigen geöffneten (Sonntag) Gasthaus war es schmuddelig, schmutzige Tische sowie Sitzauflagen....inakzeptabel!!!!!! Das Frühstück in der Unterkunft entsprach ebenfalls nicht den angegebenen Fotos! Abgepackte Marmeladen, keine Butter, Margarinebox!, kein frisches Brot (wie Watte), kaltes, hartgekochtes Frühstücksei aus dem Kühlschrank Ebenso ein sehr ungemütlicher Frühstücksraum, dieser lädt absolut nicht zu einem angenehmen Frühstück ein!
