The hotel was clean, the furniture was a bit old but well maintained, and the location is very convenient—close to the airport and next to a supermarket and shopping mall.

Only one set of toiletries and slippers was provided despite a two-person booking. The main issue was the hot water. It turned cold after about two minutes, so neither my wife nor I were able to shower properly on the first night. The next day, a maintenance staff member checked the heater and insisted this was normal and the same in all rooms, which showed a lack of proper training or understanding. The front desk initially relied solely on the maintenance staff’s opinion and seemed unwilling to consider my explanation, making me feel as though my complaint was being dismissed. Only after repeated communication did they agree to change our room. In the new room, the hot water worked perfectly, clearly proving that the issue was not the same across all rooms as claimed.
