Two Sawyers

The whole experience was exceptional, breakfast, dinner and room with a view. the staff were pleasant and helpful. They were efficient under extreme busy conditions

None, they met all our expectations

A very clean comfortable room with a nice en suite bathroom , a full sized settee to enjoy the large tv. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and accommodating, will book again for sure

All good. Will recommend.

Lovely room spacious, clean and quiet.

Nothing

Room was more spacious than expected. A good size fridge provided and good tea and coffee making facility. A large fan was provided which was appreciated since it was a heat wave. Full of character. Good position for our visit to Fairlight and Rye. Live music on Friday evening.

We could not turn the shower on, which was important since it was in a heat wave. There was no member of staff available to report this to on the Saturday morning. We did leave a telephone message. The room wasn't serviced during our stay and so shower remained useless both nights. The bedside lamps and fan all ran off a multi block extension lead which ended up under the bed. So to reach the sockets to plug in phone and hearing aids I had to crawl under the bed. We knew it is a very old building, so minimal electric sockets, but a longer extension lead would have solved the problem.
