The rooms are quite clean and for the price I think its fair to say they are very good .

The people working at the guest house lack basic customer care abilities . When I arrived , there was noone at the reception and we spent almost 45 minutes knocking. We expect basic things to be said by our host like where we get wifi, food , water , bikes , etc. I didnt like the fact that the lady at the reception did not know what two nights are , she embarrassed me by saying that we had to pay for 3 nights when we had only been there for two. I recommend someone with basic English abilities to be at the reception and deal with international tourists. If the guest house is on booking.com it means it must expect international tourists.

No complaints, just hot water in the shower would have been nice but this is often not available in budget accommodations in Cambodia. The location is good if one wants to stay in Sen Monorom and not in one of the nearby lodges. Eateries and the market are near, so is the pick-up location for Mondulkiri Project if one wants to visit the elephant sanctuary (highly recommended). The lady-owner did not speak much English but we managed. The room is spacious, a/c is not needed as it is cooler up here at 800 m but there is a fan just in case.

Oh well, hot water would have been nice.
