Excellent location, friendly host, steps from cafes and the beach.
No issues. Just a note that although it is Very well insulated the noisy bars close by may not be ideal for people with baby but we didnt have issues.

I like the place very much, beautiful side view to the sea. In the city center, near the bech. Perfect for the young people who comes to visit night clubs. 2 night clubs on the street, a lot of restaurants and shops.
Very loud street. Two night clubs just few steps from the apartment. Doors of these clubs were opened, so you can hear music and voices. We closed both balcony doors, but unfortunately it didnt help. From 11 pm to 3 am I couldnt sleep.
