Excellent base for summer mountain adventures

Travelled in summer. Excellent location, easy walk to supermarket, lifts and facilities. Property is in great condition. Kitchen works well.

Parking is round the side of the building and is almost always inaccessible due to neighbours blocking the route. However, there is a lot of free parking on a road a few minutes walk away which we used. Giorgio was very helpful in checking where we could park.

Great apartment in Pozza for a family with 2-3 kids or 2 couples.

Georgio met us on the arrival, handed over keys and showed the apartment. very clean and comfortable apartment, have everything you need. Personal entrance. Located in the heat of the village with short access to the main ski lift (10 min walk), Spar - 5 min, some restaurants, night skiing lift is in 5min walk (2 times/week). Mountain view from one of the rooms. Ski room with boot drying system.

Not very much sound proof building, I'd recommend to have ear plugs if you sleep sensitively Parking is only available in the yard, where you can get through very narrow passage, BMW 5 series passed there with 3cm at each side, and we didnt use the car all the week because of that. Pozza is a part of local ski area (Panorama) and it is little bit aside of the main skiing ares (Sella Ronda and Belvedere), to get to Sella by ski lifts (~1h) or car (~20 min)

Clean , spacious, when there is enough snow you can ski back to very near the property . Skilift at 500m

No view/ window from kitchen/living room. Parking very narrow and sometimes blocked. Not easy to find since the house numbers don’t add up logically, and alley not really visible when cars are parked. Owner kind, though no information map and leaving instructions.

Very friendly and helpful host. Mountain view. Walinkg distance to the lift station.

Noise isolation from neighboring apartments is bad, so the comfort depends on who lives next door. It would also be good to have some first-day necessities offered: water, soap, tea.
