Pondok Sawah Asri

We absolutely loved our stay at Pondok Sawah Asri. It was easily one of the best places we stayed during our time in Bali. The villa was beautiful, very clean, peaceful and private, and having our own pool surrounded by greenery made it even more special. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the family. Made prepared our breakfast for us every morning, always with such care, and it was a lovely way to start the day. We could change both the breakfast options and the time every day, and they were always very flexible. Made was so friendly and cheerful, and we really enjoyed chatting with him and learning more about Bali. Wayan was incredibly helpful and responsive — whenever we needed anything, we could simply message him on WhatsApp and he was always there to help. Mama Asri was also so warm and kind and made us feel truly at home. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Ubud. Thank you Made, Wayan and Mama Asri for making our stay so special! ❤️

Lovely staff and location was walking distance to everything I needed.

Located at quite neighbourhood. We really loved the villa. We landed late in Bali but greeted by Wayan and his brother, they were the best. There's plenty of cafe in walking distance, and Alchemy Yoga is nearby as well. I wished we stayed longer here.

The family (Wayan, Made and Asri) were some of the nicest people we have ever met, they were warm and welcoming and super attentive. The breakfasts that they made us each morning were delicious. The villa itself was even nicer in real life than the pictures online, it was super clean and great in every way. Wayan also picked us up from the airport which was a huge help. We were there over a religious holiday (Galungun) and they lent us sarongs to take part in the festivities. We would definitely book again!
