Great foot, staff and comfort

The music from the kitchen woke us up 7 am Sunday morning. Husband went to reception to complain. It was turned off n then lot long after went back on albeit lower it’s not necessary to have music on early when no guests in til 8am earliest and it’s not the restaurant music it was the kitchen staff stereo so totally unacceptable and u fair. We’ve stayed here many times and have bookings later in the year. Always our go to when. Visiting Norwich. Hoping noise was a one off and now aware can be heard in bedrooms they will be more considerate

We had the best stay once again, the staff were phenomenal and very attentive and chatty. The food was sublime. We can’t find one fault with our stay and will be back!

Food was very good but the bedroom was very small and only one chair. Where does the second person sit? All very cramped and no proper wardrobe.
