Its an open floor concept house with 3 spacious bedrooms, multiple terraces, big kitchen and amazing view to the field and coconut palms. peaceful and pleasant stay cause of nature and village that surrounds it. very quiet area and it feels like you re in some sort of resort.

it should have been mentioned that hosts are staying in the same house in the basement right next to third room for guests and garden, so that level we didnt feel comfortable to use. second major issue was that kitchen, even if its there (with full equipment: oven, stove, etc), we were told not to use but just microwave cause guest usually leave it dirty and they dont want to clean it. so vessels and necessary things for cooking were not provided. thankfully i have brought my own and we used the kitchen and left it clean. me and my friends rent the house and brought food supplies with intention to cook there all meals cause we came to relax and enjoy vacation so it was very inconvenient. cleaning of the property should improve.

Access.

1. The help there was very very sweet. Helped us with everything we needed. He even helped us a lot with our dog. 2. Very beautiful place 3. Swiggy/Zomato- ton of good options available.

1. No fan at all in rooms. No air conditioning. It’s Mysore (tropical and extremely hot) don’t know what the owners were thinking when they built the place. We were sweaty and uncomfortable throughout. A table fan was given but that isn’t enough at all. And they had only comforters - too thick and hot given the conditions. 2. Help stays in the house with you- this wasn’t information that was privy to us beforehand. We were 3 women. There was no privacy. Felt unsafe as well. 3. People (employed by the property) were walking in and out of the house - they were doing some work- constantly using the front door where the living room is- again, breach of privacy, safety and disrespecting our space. 4. Terrible, inconsistent WiFi- I’ve seen this in other reviews as well 5. There’s a claim that there is in-house restaurant, game rooms etc- we saw none of that. The help makes you tea and meals if you need and that’s about it. 6. No toiletries. The soap given was used earlier. Bad housekeeping. 7. The ‘Terrace Suite’ has large windows that have no curtains- again, not a great sense of safety. 8. The third bedroom which is the lower ground floor is unusable- the help and other staff use the area for cooking and sleeping. The TV installed for viewing CCTV footage is right there as well. That’s downright creepy.
