With all of its original features still very much intact, we may be well into the new millennium, but you won’t forget Albion Street’s Georgian past. There are fireplaces in almost every room, high ceilings clad in the most delicate of cornices, original windows and wooden floors. Downstairs there’s a warm family room and a modern kitchen. If you need a little peace and quiet, head up to the sitting room/ study, or banish the kids to the top floor; with two bedrooms, a bathroom and heaps of toys and books, they’ll be busy for hours. In the meantime, you might wish to retreat to the spacious master bedroom, with its own en suite, or head out to the spectacular roof terrace. Please let us know when you book how would like it prepared. There will be a £1,500 pre-authorisation processed as a security deposit for bookings in this home. This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. One loveable dog occasionally visit this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies. This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator. The fireplaces in this home are ornamental. The homeowners housekeeper may come on Friday mornings. Please ask our sales team for more information.
