In Kingsand, an 'upside down' little house on three levels with good sea views, snuggled in a row of 18th cent. houses, two minutes stroll from the beach and Coast Path. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms– a twin, and a double with French windows to a tiny courtyard, imaginatively done just for two; ground floor toilet. Smart, roomy bathroom. Up on the first floor there is a light, open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with those lovely time-wasting sea views – binoculars provided to observe the shipping which passes. Thoroughly well done, comfortable and convenient. Take a day walking in nearby Mount Edgcumbe’s 800 acres or take the seasonal pedestrian ferry to Plymouth
