About this apartment rental
LUXURIOUS apartment in a panoramic position with an enchanting view over the Gulf of Marinella, free on three sides, set within the prestigious and reserved Residence Ladunia, equipped with a reception for guests and a security service, bordering on the famous property of Villa Certosa.
The apartment is arranged on two levels and consists of a living room with a large veranda furnished with a dining and sitting area and with a suggestive sea view both from inside and outside. A kitchen equipped with all electrical appliances, a double bedroom with a large covered terrace and large fitted wardrobes up to the ceiling, a single bedroom with fitted wardrobe, both served by a bathroom with shower and a utility room. Comfortable and spacious attic with double bedroom and shower room.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi and Smart TV.
The rent includes covered parking space, use of the large infinity pool (open from 01.06 to 30.09) with panoramic view, two tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, children's playground, concierge service, security service, access to the platform on the sea.
The rental of bed linen and towels (starter set) is not included in the rental price. It is available on request at an additional cost of EUR 26.00 per person per stay, to be paid upon check-in.
Not far away is the beautiful beach of Marinella equipped with various rentals: umbrellas, dinghies, canoes and more. A 5-minute drive to the picturesque and elegant Porto Rotondo, 15 minutes to the city of Olbia.

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was very well equipped and of an excellent standard in a beautiful location. It was very clean and well maintained. The views from the apartment were stunning. The complex was also excellent with great pool, bar and very friendly and helpful staff. The host was also superb, pre and during stay communications were spot on, informative and very helpful which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

A very nice apartment on the 1st floor of a house with a wonderful balcony with a great view. Really great and lovingly furnished rooms. The equipment was very good, nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The host's POI were also places worth seeing. We had an excellent stay and a lovely holiday.
