The particular thick masonry construction keeps the house cool in summer and a modern centralized wood-fired climate control system ensures a pleasant and constant temperature during the winter months.
The proximity to Aosta (about 25 minutes) means that besides being a perfect location to visit the Gran San Bernardo valley and Valpelline, it is also possible to discover all the other places of the middle and upper Valle d'Aosta whose tourist attractions and cultural ones definitely need no introduction.
For those who do not want to move, directly from behind the house start numerous paths and farm roads to travel by bike or on foot along which you can create an infinite number of excursions for all abilities
