In a pedestrian Residence, Grand Duplex facing south - Living / Dining Room (TV + Blu ray DVD player) - very equipped kitchen (ceramic hob - conventional oven - Microwave - Dishwasher - Fridge - etc) - 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 double bed -1 with 1 bed 1 person) - 1 alcove (1 bed 1 person) - 1 Bathroom (Bath) - 1 dressing room - bathroom (with washing machine) - Wi fi throughout the apartment.
- 1 garage in basement.
- Direct access to 2 large sandy beaches of the ocean (no street to cross). Ideal location for families with children.
- Besides beaches, many sports activities (sailing, tennis, golf, horseback riding) or cultural and tourism (megaliths, castles, museums etc.) nearby. Walks or bike. Excursions in Belle Ile en Mer, Houat, Hoedic and the Gulf of Morbihan from Port Navalo.
- ARZON is conveniently located at the end of the Rhuys peninsula that closes the Gulf of Morbihan in the south. Its south side along the Atlantic Ocean, its north side, the Gulf of Morbihan.
- Vannes is 30 km, 110 km Nantes, Rennes 120 Km.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé dans une résidence agréable dans les remparts . L accès à la plage est direct donc impeccable avec des enfants en bas âges et ceux ci peuvent jouer aussi en sécurité dans la grande cour avec des copains .Parfait pour moi qui suis maman solo , le cadre était très rassurant. L appartement en lui même est très bien , très fonctionnel, juste ce qu il faut . Le propriétaire est à l écoute et très réactif dans les échanges.Et l agence qui gère sur place de même . Un agréable séjour je recommande fortement. Au plaisir d y retourner !

L'appartement est idéalement placé et donne accès à de très belles plages. L'accès au port pour aller sur les îles est également très pratique. Ensuite, il manque de confort pour faire la différence entre une prestation moyenne et une bonne prestation (micro ondes, douche,...)
