This handsome, Grade II listed Georgian town house in Kingsand, has superb sea views, is pet friendly and can sleep nine people in four bedrooms.

A lovely, spacious home, with its quirky origins cleverly dovetailed with 21st cent. comfort. It sleeps 9 in four bedrooms, three double, one en suite and a twin. Living room with wood-burning stove, and sea view; generous kitchen with dining table and chairs glazed doors to courtyard and, at the far end, a comfy sofa, and door to utility shed. Under-stairs WC. Two family bathrooms. A secure courtyard on two levels with steps up to a patio with garden furniture, back gate to a private footway. A gorgeous house beside the beach and within strolling distance of the village pubs and shops.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking is available in a public car park nearby (there is a generous space for unloading opposite the house, adjacent to the sea wall). Enclosed garden. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome, there is an additional charge for each dog. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: This property is best for a maximum of 8 adults. Note: Dogs are permitted in kitchen/courtyard area only.
