The Barn, near Aveton Gifford, Devon, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
The Barn is a gorgeous cottage converted from a barn down a track in countryside near the Devon village of Aveton Gifford. The cottage sleeps four people in two downstairs double en suite bedrooms (one can convert to twin) with doors to a shared courtyard. On the first floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside is the sunny shared courtyard and six acres of shared grounds with lawn for picnics or croquet, pond and benches with long and lovely views, plus parking for three cars. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.4 miles, river 2.4 miles. Just a mile from the village, The Barn is an excellent place to enjoy a restful break in Devon. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly.
