This idyllic 18th cent. cottage in Coverack is pet friendly and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
April Cottage is a beautifully renovated, Grade II listed cottage in the very pretty Cornish village of Coverack. This idyllic holiday home has four bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. There is one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A double and two single rooms, share a family bathroom. The sitting room with dining area has pretty window seats and an open fire in the inglenook. The smart kitchen has feature exposed stone walls and a useful utility room. Outside, the elevated terraced garden with decking, table, chairs and a BBQ has super sea views.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV can be connected to guests OWN Netflix or Amazon Prime as well as providing Freesat along with DVD, super fast full fibre WiFi, Books and games are provided for guests to use, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Parking is available in a free public car park nearby. Enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved dog welcome, Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property, Note: The garden is accessed via 22 steep steps and there is a removable hydro shield at back door. Note: There are areas in the downstairs of the property with limited ceiling height
