    My stay at this resort was a truly refreshing experience. The staff was warm, polite, and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout. Set amidst lush greenery, the resort offers a strong connection to nature. The infinity pool with breathtaking hillside views was a highlight — incredibly peaceful and perfect for unwinding. A delightful surprise was the presence of three friendly, playful dogs around the property. They added so much charm and warmth to the overall atmosphere — especially for animal lovers. The rooms were comfortable with great views, especially in the early mornings. The only downside was the food, which felt a bit underwhelming for the price — decent but not remarkable. Still, if you're looking for a peaceful escape with great hospitality, natural beauty, and furry companions, this resort is definitely worth a visit.

    There was no jeep facility provided to receive us and the owner of the property simply did not answer the call. Staff was quite supportive. The rooms need a complete overall. There were power cuts and no generator facility available. It is simply not worth the price. The only redeeming factor was that the staff were quite support. What was shown in the pictures is quite different from the actual property. The rooms gave us a eerie feeling in the beginning. The staff would not take additional responsibility to negotiate with various travels. It becomes an expensive proposition to go to Munnar main city area from the resort. The resort is quite short staffed as well for the area. Everything needs to improved to justify the price per night. The entire amount for stay is taken right at the beginning itself giving no option for the customer.
