About this apartment rental
Yellow house is situated in Trogir, Island of Ciovo in Central Dalmatia – Croatia. We are approx. 800 m (10-15 min. walk) from Trogir centre. The nearest beach is less than 5 min. walking distance with beautiful crystal clear water of Adriatic Sea. Airport of Split is 5 km away.
Yellow House comprises of three apartments with a lovely small private garden. The apartments are tastefully decorated and offers guests a comfortable and stylish holiday retreat. Each of our three apartments provide accommodation for 2-4 guests.
Our primary goal is happy and satisfied guest, because we believe it is the only way we can make you return next year.
Apartment 2 is approx. 45 m2 indoor accomodation on the second floor with additional big private balcony. It provides accommodation for 2-4 guests. It consists of entrance hall leading into:
LOUNGE: it is a large open plan living area with modern kitchen (built in cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), dining area and sitting area with sofa that can be used as comfortable double bed. Lounge has a French door leading into a large private balcony 27m2, which provides you with a magnificent open view of Adriatic Sea, surrounding area of Island of Ciovo, Saldun Bay and nearby numerous islands.
BEDROOM: one double bed, bedside tales, wardrobe and storage chest. Wall mounted fan.
BTHROOM: sink, W/C, enclosed shower, washing machine
LARGE BALCONY: with table and chairs, deck chairs, parasols.
This apartment is air-conditioned.
The UNESCO protected town of Trogir is a famous cultural and historical destination with a beautiful Venetian architecture and lively marina. As well as Trogir rich history a variety of galleries, fine restaurants, bars and cafes are located on the island. Several shopping centres and local markets are also located very near to the centre.
Come in the high season of July and August and you will find Ciovo vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. You can enjoy all kind of daytime and night times activities around the main beach such as beach bars water sports. Sample local cuisine and meet the friendly people of the village. Or you can choose numerous peaceful beaches dotted around the island for more quite and relaxed vacation away from he crowd.

The flat has everything you need and is well thought.
Only 5 minutes for the sea and the beach.

We had a wonderful time. We stayed in apartment 2 on the top floor. We loved the big balcony which was nice & private with fabulous views. Inside the apartment was lovely too. We loved Fred’s artwork & the bed was super comfy. It is around 20 min walk to Trogir Old Town & the closest supermarket & beach are only 5 mins away. Fred was a super host, picking us up from the port on arrival & arranging a taxi for us when we left. Would highly recommend this apartment. However, if you have any mobility issues there are a lots of stairs up to the apartment and it is hilly with an uphill walk from the beach / Trogir. We thought it was well worth it for the great views & privacy.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und zweckvoll eingerichtet. Der Besitzer wohnt im gleichen Haus ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei Fragen.
Die Klimaanlage ist bei heißen Tagen sehr entspannend. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist der nahegelegene Flughafen in Split. Da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht maßgeblich gestört.
