Recently renovated, the structure offers its guests every comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the heart of the Eternal City; furnished with care has two large and bright rooms. Particular are the ceilings with original vaults in all rooms, you will also find the bathroom / bed linen service, hairdryer, air conditioning, LED TV, free wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, also in the kitchen there is a small sofa ect ...
It is perfect for traveling families, in case there are children, in fact, we have a high chair, camping cot, stroller, games for children and play stations. Furthermore, it is also perfect for business stays, or for a romantic holiday as it is a quiet and reserved environment.
It is in front of the historic church Madonna del Riposo, in the immediate vicinity there is the hospital "SAN CARLO DI NANCY" or "IDI", it is only 2 km from the Vatican Museums. At 20 meters there are the bus stop (lines 46 and 49) and at 200 meters the Metro station "A" Baldo degli Ubaldi.
The area is also well served by bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, hairdressers, supermarkets and clothing stores and more.
The structure has been authorized by the Office for Tourism Policies and is in compliance with recent regulations.

This apartment and host are exceptional. Alessandra was prompt to address any concerns or questions that I had during my stay. Even when the internet went down for a little while she was available to call her internet provider to fix the problem even though it was on a Sunday. The apartment is spacious, clean and close to everything. The metro is a five minute walk and it takes you to all the major sites of Rome. The bus stop is right on the corner. Everything you need is within walking distance such as restaurants, gym, pharmacy and supermarket to name a few. Alessandra even arranged transport to and from the airport and she was assisted by her sister in law Roberta who was also available to help. Weekly cleaning service is available if needed. This apartment has everything to need to enjoy your stay in Rome without having to worry about anything and knowing that Alessandra is available whenever you need her. She even ordered items from Amazon for me that I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

We took a taxi to and from the airport. This apartment is very clean and has all the facilities you would require, including air conditioning. This was a boon as it was very hot weather when we were there. Alessandra is a great host and readily answered all our questions. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wall-mounted TV. It is in an area abounding with restaurants nearby. There is a small shop virtually opposite which sells most things, particularly fruit. The metro station is a 10-12 minute walk away and from here you can access all areas of Rome. A ticket costs 7 euros and is viable for 24 hours. It encompasses both the red and blue lines. So, for instance you can get on the train, change lines and exit directly across from the Colosseum. What an amazing site as you exit the station. You can ride various trains during the time frame.
Just one thing to mention, the info says that the apartment is a few steps from the Vatican Museums. It is not that near to be honest but there is a bus that will take you there for a remarkably small fee. If ever I am lucky enough to return to Rome I would not hesitate to stay in this apartment. It is the best!

It was comfortable enough for a family of 3 adults. We visited during a big heat wave so the air conditioning was a life saver!
