This splendid villa, recently renovated with care and taste, is located in a quiet and secluded position on the rolling hills near Arezzo.
With a large garden, large loggias along the house and private swimming pool. The accommodation has 6 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and is suitable for 12 people.
This is a truly unique residence thanks to the beautiful interior areas that have been perfectly and comfortably furnished. It is furnished with antiques giving it a refined and welcoming style with all comforts.
The outdoor areas are also very well organized. There is a wonderful 6 x 12 m swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a dressing room with bathroom, terraces and loggias with services and a comfortable outdoor kitchen with burners and oven, as well as a garden with aromatic plants. Wi-Fi internet connection. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The villa's convenient location allows you to easily visit Arezzo, which is about 8 km away, and the splendid surrounding area, or organize day trips to Siena or Florence, less than 1 hour by car.

Wir waren 11 Personen (Familie und Freunde) und haben es alle sehr genossen, dass wir soviel Platz hatten. Alle Schlafzimmer sind nahezu gleichwertig und haben je ein Bad, alles sehr gepflegt.
Die vielen idyllischen Terrassen bieten für alle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und sind ausgestattet mit bequemen Sofas. Auch konnten wir draußen an einer schönen großen Tafel essen und waren trotzdem geschützt sowohl von Sonne als auch von Regen (war nur einmal).
Die Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen waren super und von uns auch viel genutzt. Die Innenküche ebenfalls sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wunderbar auch der große, gepflegte Garten, in dem wir Sport treiben konnten plus der tolle Tischtennisbereich.
Wir waren uns alle einig, dass wir gerne wieder kommen werden. Tiziana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat uns mit einer leckeren toskanischen Brotzeit empfangen, worüber wir natürlich sehr begeistert waren, nach der langen Anfahrt.

First of all, what went wrong: the dishwasher broke the first time we used it, the air-conditioning controls didn’t work properly in several rooms so impossible to regulate, the promised tumble dryer apparently hadn’t worked for years, we had power cuts for no apparent reason which were too complicated for us to reset, the mobile signal was hopeless and the wifi very, very weak and slow. So you’ve been warned.... BUT, would we recommend the place ? Yes ! The property has so much charm and Tiziana was so helpful and friendly. She lives next door and came running at every problem. The dishwasher got replaced, the power was restored (several times!), the air con man got called out (to no avail, though). Apparently nothing can be done about the internet/wifi/mobile signal and I’m not sure there’s a plan to replace the quoted dryer. But as long as you can stand all those things you will have a great time. We did. It’s an old house and with that comes crumbly bits and a lot of charm. The house is quirky but comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms all clean and well
looked-after, the pool man comes every day, the terraces and garden are a delight and the pool lovely. The location is good, close to the motorway and train (though not close enough to be disturbing in any way), a great supermarket 12 mins away, lovely views and lots to do in the surrounding area. We, a three - generation family of nine, enjoyed ourselves.
