Great location, a 10 min walk to the closest train station, close to shops, eateries etc. Staff were lovely and accommodating. I think they upgraded our room! The room was on the Executive Floor and was amazing. Huge king size room, very comfortable, clean with beautiful views and the best shower we had all trip! The breakfast was incredible! Best breakfast of any of the hotels during our stay in China. I enjoyed a tea at the Teahouse on the 12th floor which was delightful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.
The pool area could use some love, didn't feel very inviting - we were looking forward to unwinding by the pool but there wasn't any sun loungers or ambience. Hotel would benefit from a decent bar. It has a 'bar' on the ground floor, but it only serves beer.

Had a brilliant 3-night stay at Shenzhen Grand Skylight Garden Hotel and couldn't recommend it more!
The facilities were fantastic throughout our stay. The spa and massage treatments were an absolute highlight — so relaxing and exactly what we needed after a busy day exploring. The room itself was perfect too — comfortable, clean, and really well looked after.
What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, but a special mention has to go to Nelson from the Customer Service Team. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish.
Great hotel, great service, great location. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Shenzhen. Highly recommend!
Gym air conditioning poor performance

Good location, good breakfast
Someone was smoking in the room, the whole room smelled bad, It was quite late when I came and I decided to not to tell reception, stayed overnight in this room but slept bad because of this cigarette smell and regret that I didn’t ask to give me normal room, but in general staff should control this kind of things. How that even possible that someone smokes in the room? Disgusting.
