There was nothing really good about this apartment.

We couldn’t park our car in the garage because the car was too high. We had to pay even though they couldn’t afford us a parking space. We parked in front of the entrance door. There was nowhere written that the garage has a limit. It was a scam. It was cold. The temperature didn’t get any higher although I changed the room thermostat. The mattress in the bunk bed should be replaced with new ones.

We didn't like the property at all and I'm unsure why it received a 4-star rating.

Not clean, with no tea or coffee available in the room, very noisy area, uncomfortable beds.

I did like the pool, gym, and the hotel’s location, but unfortunately everything else was disappointing

The staff at this hotel were unhelpful and repeatedly dishonest about our booking. We had called ahead to confirm a pool-view room, but on arrival were given a street-view room instead, which was extremely noisy. When we raised this, we were told to return the next morning at 10am to be moved — so we packed all our belongings — only to be informed that no such room was actually available. The staff were dismissive throughout, never once apologised, and ignored the fact that they had guaranteed us a pool-view room not once, but twice. The whole experience left us feeling tricked, lied to, and deceived. Poor service, broken promises, and no accountability. This is not a hotel I would recommend — please avoid.

This aparthotel is potentially mighty: the apartments are spacious with wide balconies, they offer spa, swimming pool and gym access included in the price. It's placed at 5 minutes walk from the beach. They are immersed in a context of several residences all around looking elegant and cozy. This is how potentially it looked when we booked the stay, and I confirm that potentially this could be a volano to amaze the customers if just they would care of the structure's maintenance.

- mold on the walls of the bathroom to turn upsidedown the stomach - WC seat broken (see the picture) and - although highlighted at arrival - nobody coming to fix notwithstanding the promise to send immediately the maintenance guy to fix - sofabed's mattress worn-out, shabby until having a big hole in the middle. These are not sofabeds: these are "breaking-cistomers-back" beds. Why is it so difficult to check the condition of the mattress and replace with a new one? - uncomfortable pillows they offer only one kind of pillow: the soft and squared model which remains very low for the neck and we found very harmful to it - cold water from the shower which has been fixed only after all the family took a frozen shower (indeed: nobody dies for a cold shower, but when I paid in advance the warm water was included) - intermittent AC in the night: the AC gets interrupted at a certain point in the night, you feel hot and start sweating, then it restarts what you are all sweated so you freeze. Long story short: they managed to gift me a cold to end happily my vacations - unsurveilled spa, swimming pool and gym: we found at spa children eating sandwiches in the pool, yelling and jumping into the water and splashing around. Nobody from security was around to contain that attitude in a place which is supposed to give relax to the customers. Even when we mentioned that to the receptionist, there was a little check on site, and the children were left again free to continue messing around.

Great apartment and really friendly and helpful staff.

It took nearly a week to get the deposit back

All was fine

It was close to cafes, grocery stores, great restaurants and the beach.

Near the airport. Good prize.

A lot of things were in bad condition (broken parts on the shower and doors). No soap, no cleaning agent for dishes. Not even in small sizes.
