Restored 'relais' dating from 1850 in the heart of a typical Medoc village of 900 inhabitants, the property is ideally located between the vineyards of the world-famous 'route des châteaux' and the Atlantic coast beaches 25 minutes away.
Completely renovated in 2013 in vintage chic style, the house has 5 bedrooms (accommodating 6 adults and 6 children) and boasts a large rose-filled garden with a 12m x 4m heated swimming pool.
A bakery, pharmacy and small grocery shop (open 7 days) are all just steps away from the front door.
The perfect setting for vacations with family or friends, offering large volumes (350m2) including 2 living rooms, a kitchen open to the garden and a large teak table seating 12 people on the patio.

The relais is very spacious and well equipped - there were 11 of us. Laundry room with enough towels for bath, pool and beach. Extra large fridge freezer and a coal BBQ. Begadan has a good pharmacy, big supermarket 10mins away in Lesparre and the beach in Montalivet is 25mins. The pool, music room and amount of toys entertained the children for days.

Maison fantastique au niveau des volumes, de la déco, de l'équipement. Petits bémols : piscine non chauffée (nous sommes tombés sur une semaine pluvieuse) et il faut avoir fait polytechnique pour regarder la TV (semaine des JO donc important). Pour le reste, la maison est fantastique et avec la voiture, on est à 20 min de la plage, 6/7 d'une excellente boulangerie (Lesparre); Nous la recommandons !
