Convenient location and very good breakfast
Didn’t use the onsite parking as the entrance approach is very narrow. Not suitable for anything other than a very small car. This should be mentioned in the hotel facilities guide.

Very small room but for a good price.
Booked parking spot in underground garage to be able to charge the electric car. Unfortunately the charger was unreliable and just stopped in the middle of the night. Got a refund for the charging cost but still had to pay for the parking spot (reason for choosing this hotel was the EV charger).
Personnel tried to charge me extra for the bikes on the bike carrier on my car.
Lift is very narrow, difficult to enter, had about 3cm on both sides (Tesla Model X) and you have to take the same slow lift to get back to the hotel.

The hotel was in a fairly rundown location with vacant shops and graffiti on some. It is on a small side road and overlooks an underpass and rows of shops with blocks of flats above. But it was a reasonable walk of about 20 - 30 mins into the centre of the town. The room was fine, clean and spacious enough, with a large comfy bed, shower room was a bit dated but clean and functional.
On arrival we have great problems trying to get our car into the small lift for the underground carpark. We gave up in the end and parked in a quiet road behind the hotel. The staff on reception did not speak English so it was difficult to explain the problem. The lack or power points in the room were a problem as there was nowhere to plug in our travel kettle and the few power points for phone charging were near the floor or under the desk. The bedside lights were useless for reading as they were shaded pendants hanging either side. There was no internet for the Smart TV so no way to log into streaming apps for example. In fact we only managed to find one old American film and nothing else at all. Breakfast was acceptable with a range of fruit, ham and cheese etc but the 'hot food' was cold and the bread was stale.
