The hotel was lovely but the reception staff made it exceptional! They were incredibly helpful when I had a problem with my van and Senor Jose Manuel even phoned around the garages to make an appointment for me. Thank you for the wonderful service! :)

The hotel is at the old town city centre, very good location, easy access to shops and many good restaurants on foot.
More importantly, the staff are excellent, making you feel coming to your parents’ home.
On the night of our arriving, Mr. Roberto gave us a very warm welcome. He explained in very detail about our stay in the hotel, where to visit, and which restaurants and what particular dishes are worth to try. He also generously offered us a voucher for our car parking.
On the check out next day, 2 girls at the reception desk are also very kind, showing very professionally.
If I am coming back to Visit Valladolid again, I would definitely stay here again.

Probably had one of the best, and most positive, experience ever being a guest in a hotel (spending around 60 nights per year in hotels).
The hotel was in excellent location, great value, with clean and impressive building. But the cherry on the cake was the service and hospitality from Roberto - the Front Desk Manager who facilitated our needs and all recommendations and places-to-visit throughout the city. Will definitely recommend to friends and will come back if ever visiting Valladolid.

The hotel is a lovely old style hotel. The rooms are cosy but very clean and tidy. The staff are lovely and ready and willing to help. Parking is easy and free.
