The size of the room.
The traffic noise, the temperature of the room (very hot). People in the courtyard talking at 6 am in the morning.
The breakfast included in our room rate was poorly managed as it was provided by a second party.
Servicing of the rooms every third day. A sign on the door by 8am for daily?

Great location for getting in and out of Basel. Amazing transport links on the doorstep.
We had an amazing apartment/room which was really spacious and very comfy bed. Great bed and soundproofing as I slept like a log!

The room was very large.
The staff was very friendly.
It was extremely hot in the room with only a small fan which was not enough and did not feel comfortable.
It was almost impossible to open the windows due to the noise from the street and the smell of the restaurant below.
