Perfect stay for a couple. Very cozy studio with all the amenities that you need. The neighborhood is also pretty nice and Annecy is only 10mins away by car. Would definitely consider booking again if traveling around the area.
Everything was to our liking, but considering the bathroom had no door and just a thin curtain, people traveling with friends or relatives might want to consider this.

Nice location near Lac Annecy.
Bedroom is upstairs but toilet downstairs. Double bed is in loft room and against a wall, making it uncomfortable for one person to get out of bed at night without disturbing the other.

It was in a quiet location
Appartment designed badly. Bed upstairs against the wall, small French size, light switch 2m from the bed on the stair rail. Space for clothes and towels under slopping roof, even a small person needed to stoop and real danger of hitting your head on overhead beams. Outside door shutter broken and unusable. Quality and price exagerated. Not reccomended

Very good location, very helpful staff, building needs a little love on the outside.
the location was excellent. Check-in was good and Corinne very helpful. We didn't use the kayaks as we didn't have time, but really good that they were provided. Excellent large parking garage for our bikes. Very near to delicious bakery and the cycle path. Beds very comfortable and heating worked well.
The outside of the cottage was a little forlorn. The flower boxes had only weeds in them. A few geraniums would have made all the difference. We are not dog people and would have preferred the option of non dog rooms. The two small chairs in the living area were "doggy"
